This program is designed for the every day athlete looking to get after it! This a well rounded program that  covers all your bases from strength work, Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning and aerobic conditioning!

 It is put together in a way that it should take 60 minutes or less to complete each day at your gym or home gym! The program includes structured warm up, strength based or skill movement, a conditioning piece!

This program is designed for anyone and everyone that is looking Get and Stay fit without having to go to a gym or leave the house! This a well rounded program includes bodybuilding for strength and toning, core workouts, and killer HIIT/conditioning pieces!

 It is put together in a way that it should take 45 minutes or less to complete each day at home! The program includes a variety of workout styles that will deliver results! All you need is a set of Dumbbells and a jump rope to get started!

Kristi's Training Plan - Billed Monthly until Cancelled
Hey Guys! Its me, Kristi! I am super excited to share with you what I do on a daily basis! I have trained under some amazing coaches and am incredibly proud of my accomplishments and successes but know I still have a lot of work to do!~

My goal is to always be a sponge and soak up everything and anything from everyone I am around and then incorporate it into my training!

This program is EXACTLY what I do on a daily basis! I believe in challenging myself and pushing myself to the limit! It has taken me years to build up the foundation to be able to handle the volume! If you are not ready for the Volume, I would prioritize the day into what you need to work on from most to least! If you are tired or sore, make sure to listen to your body!

Because this is EXACTLY what I do daily, if I go to a competition I will post those daily workouts! If I am on vacation, I will post the workouts that I do with the equipment available to me! If I need a rest day or an off day, that is what I will post!

I cannot wait for you to follow along with me, as I continue to improve my weaknesses ad close my holes...As I continue to build upon my strengths and just continue to do what I love to do each and every day!

I cannot wait to challenge you and throw down with you each and every day! I will be putting my scores and my husbands scores in every day so you have a goal to shoot for!
